Collection description

This dataset includes 50 interview transcripts with managers from the Sri Lankan apparel industry and 11 interviews with key industry stakeholders, such as representatives from government and regulatory organisations, research and training institutions, industry associations, labour unions, and factory floor employees. These interviews focus on the impact of Industry 4.0 technologies on the sustainability of the apparel industry. In addition, the dataset includes case reports on 13 apparel manufacturing companies that participated in the study. These reports were compiled from secondary data sources, including company websites, industry reports, company publications, news papers, and other relevant documents.
