Collection description

This data was from a study assessing the feasibility of a long-term deployment of fully implantable loggers to measure heart rate and sub-blubber temperature in harbour seals Phoca vitulina on land and in water. Measurements of heart rate (bpm) and temperature (oC) were taken on an adult and a sub-adult to quantify physiological changes during moult and post-moult periods.
