Collection description

The storage media prioritisation tool has been developed by Archives & Special Collections at the University of Glasgow, as a means to prioritise archival processing of digital collections stored in physical storage media. The tool generates a prioritisation score based on the type of storage medium, the conditions in which it has been kept and other criteria collated from resources generated by the digital archiving and preservation community.
