Theonest_Coxiellaburnetiidetection_dataset_20Jan2020 contains individual level data for rodents included in this study. Metadata includes: unique rodent ID, date (dd/mm/yyyy), year, season, geographic location (district and subvillage code); rodent species (morphometric); rodent sex; rodent age class; Coxiella qPCR result (IS1111Result) and details of Ct values (Ct1_IS1111 and Ct2_IS1111).
