Collection description

This project was a study of the Russian political elite in the era of Vladimir Putin, and sought to identify both the collective social characteristics of the elite and their formal patterns of association. The project was intended to advance scholarly understanding of such matters, and to help to inform the Western foreign policy community. Main Topics: The data cover demographic details and date of election of members of the Council of the Russian Federation, state Duma, and government and presidential administration.
