Mitochondrial succinate transport is required for cardiac ischemia/reperfusion injury

Pala, L., Caldwell, S. and Hartley, R. (2026) Mitochondrial succinate transport is required for cardiac ischemia/reperfusion injury. [Data Collection]

Collection description

The datasets provided are for the 1H NMR, 13C NMR and where relevant 19F NMR spectra of DTB (lab book number LP071), DHB (lab book number LP095) and DAB (lab book number SC-6-38). They demonstrate the identity and purity of compounds used in this study. The compounds were prepared by Laura Pala as part of her PhD research and By Dr Stuart T. Caldwell in the laboratory of Professor Richard C. Hartley, University of Glasgow. The folder for each compound is labelled with the name and appropriate lab book number. Each folder contains pdf of the processed spectra together with the raw data. The data were acquired on Bruker AVIII 400 and AVIII 500 spectrometers and can be processed using Bruker Topspin software.
