Collection description

The dataset includes files describing simulated outbreaks of SARS-CoV-2 in hospitals, and files derived from these, which were used to evaluate the use of a strategy of pre-exposure prophylaxis to reduce nosocomial transmission. Code to evaluate these data are also provided, with basic instructions for use.
