Collection description

Contains simulation results of the forward displacement from beginning to end-diastole for approximately 3000 synthetically generated left ventricle geometries.

The simulation results are split into training, validation and test data.

The data is described in detail in a forthcoming publication in Computer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering - further information will be provided upon publication. A GitHub repository will also be made available, with code for processing the simulation data and training a Graph Neural Network emulator.
