Collection description

Situated in an interpretivist paradigm, this empirical research adopted a qualitative research design, involving semi-structured interviews with line managers employed by large international companies across various industries worldwide. The collected data was transcribed verbatim and then analysed using Braun and Clarke’s reflective thematic analysis method. The dataset includes 10 transcribed and coded interviews.
