Dissertation Title:  Developing Leaders in the Workplace: An Empirical Research of Line Managers’ Wants and Needs from Leadership Development Programmes.

This folder contains data that was produced, collected and analysed as part of my dissertation submitted for the fulfilment of the requirements of the Degree of Doctor of Education (EdD). More specifically, the dataset includes the following files: 

1. Coded Interview Trascripts (Zipped): This folder contains 10 interview transcripts-including codes on the right hand side of each document. These are PDF files that were exported from NVivo.  The transcripts are named I1, I2, I3, I4, I5, I6, I7, I8, I9, and I10. 'I' stands for 'Interviewee' and the numerical value indicates  the chronological order in which the research participants were interviewed. 
2. Participant Information Sheet: This is a PDF file. 
3. Consent Form: This is a PDF file. 
4. Privacy Notice: This is a PDF file.
