Collection description
This dataset contains visualisations and results by question for anonymised polling data collected at the Library and Information Association of South Africa (LIASA) workshop on research data management in collaboration with the Digital Curation Centre, and also a copy of the survey questions.
The workshop was held in Cape Town, South Africa on March 27, 2014 and had 41 participants representing Universities and Research Councils across South Africa. The survey questions address awareness of funders' policies and mandates relating to research data management, current practice within Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), and confidence levels in providing support for research data management.
