Collection description

This database was established to allow investigation of biomarkers associated with the ER positive breast cancer.

Safe haven number GSH/21/ON/011.

456 patients with ER positive breast cancer were included within this database.

Clinical data included age, ER, PR and HER2 status, NPI, grade and size of tumour.

Study end points were disease-free survival and cancer specific survival.
