Collection description

This database was established to allow investigation of biomarkers associated with the tumour microenviroment and tumour cell signalling in colorectal cancer.

Safe haven number GSH/21/ON/009

787 patients with stage I-III colorectal cancer were included within this database (diagnosed between 1997 and 2012 from Glasgow Royal Infirmary, Greater Glasgow and Clyde Health Board.

Clinical data included age, TNM, tumour site, BMI, venous invasion and perineural invasion.

Study end points were disease-specific survival and overall survival.
