All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. All procedures were carried out in accordance with the 'Measures on Ethical Review over Biomedical Research Involving Human Subjects' [Ministry of Health, China, January 11, 2007]. All the samples were collected from patients after obtaining informed consent, and the data from these patients were used in this study only.
