Collection description

Supporting dataset for Fiber-coupled superconducting nanostrip single-photon detector with blackbody-limited performance from the near to mid-infrared manuscript. This dataset includes wavelength-dependent characterisation data of the device under test including measurements of system detection efficiency, and specific detectivity from 1.06 μm to 3.5 μm as well as timing jitter, recovery time and polarization extinction ratio.
