Collection description

Data to accompany the journal article published in the journal Watershed Ecology and the Environment titled “Diversity and Distribution of Freshwater Fish in Mineralized Watersheds of the Agno River Basin, Northern Philippines.” The data included in this record contains water quality measurements collected from sampling stations across the Agno River Basin during the wet season (January 2022) and the dry season (July 2021). Water quality parameters include temperature, pH, electrical conductivity, dissolved oxygen, total dissolved solids, and river discharge. The dataset also includes freshwater fish assemblage data consisting of scientific names and individual counts per sampling station for both wet and dry seasons. Geographic coordinates, elevation, and dominant land-use characteristics are included for each sampling site.
