Collection description

X-ray computed microtomography (XCT) data, scanning electron images (SEM) including energy dispersive x-ray spectra (EDS), energy backscatter diffraction (EBSD) data, X-ray diffraction (XRD) data and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Raman Spectroscopy data, Laser Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (LA-ICP-MS) data. These data are in the following formats:

.tiff for computed microtomography images.
.oipx (Aztec, https://nano.oxinst.com/) for SEM/BSE/EDS/EBSD images collected and analysed by Aztec Oxford Instrument.
.xrdml (https://www.malvernpanalytical.com/) for XRD data
.wdf (https://www.renishaw.com/en/raman-software--9450) for Raman Spectroscopy
.csv for LA-ICP-MS data
.io4 (https://iolite.xyz/) for processed LA-ICP-MS data.
.txt for the XRD, TGA and Raman spectroscopy data (converted to this format to increase accessibility).
.txt for instructions and ReadMe files.
