2020-03-04 MMD Readme file uploaded. Data file too large, but couldn't upload directly to appliance since my link wouldn't work - will get Mick to check this out. Have asked author to confirm dataset and article titles and authors associated with dataset.

4/3/20 JB author has confirmed title of dataset and article as per "title".  Reminded author to let ROA know when paper is accepted.

ME 6/3/20 have added straight into repository.  was 1.2 gig so only slightly larger that threshold.
