ME 14/11/19 data uploaded and multi-papers added.  Unclear about any restrictions on data or the creators of the data.  Have restricted access to files meantime.  Also no readme file received.

ME 15/11/19 discussed with depositor  - decision is just metadata only record just now.  removed data.  didn't mint DOI yet - tbc

ME 19/11/19 depositor wanted to include the data dictionary in the repository so have added it and also minted DOI as we have file that could be cited.
