    <abstract>This dataset was collected to assess the relative importance of individual physiology (baseline glucocorticoid concentrations) and environmental conditions (air temperature and relative humidity) in determining the eye region surface temperature response to acute stress. The data comprises two parts:

a) Individual eye region surface temperature responses to acute stress extracted from thermal imaging video of free living blue tits (Cyanistesi caeruleus) exposed to trapping and handling
b) A summary spreadsheet containing attributes defining the eye region surface temperature response, along with environmental, physiological and biometric data for each individual.</abstract>
