28Feb19 MMD Further documentation and info added. Have asked author to clarify date record can be made public. Transcripts will be supplied by file transfer and should be put directly in appliance. Scans of consent forms will also be supplied by (separate) file transfer. These should be saved in appropriate folder in J: drive and deleted from file transfer.

2019-03-05 MSM Uploaded consent forms to J:\. Transcripts uploaded to Astor. Make dataset live and coin DOI on 2020-03-01.

11Mar19 MMD Author has asked for dataset to go live now so that he can add DOI to publications. DOI coined.
