26/10/18 Data DOI minted and made inactive on datacite until the thesis is published.

17Dec18 MMD Paper data records stored in moveable shelving in Main Library Level 1 (the 'Box'). Shelf location 363 (as read from above) . NB transcripts all identify participants by name so this data must be kept confidential. Have emailed researcher to ask for a copy of the consent form and information sheet for this research. It may be necessary to modify the 'request data' option, depending on what the consent allows.

29Jan19 MMD Researcher has supplied ethics documentation. Updated record. No consent to share. No mention made of records retention other than records will be strictly confidential, so archiving is OK. Record is now live.
