Circular dichroism Spectroscopy and Optical Kerr Effect Spectroscopy time-domain measurements of two DNA oligomers at different temperatures: d(GGCGGCCCGCGCGGGCCGCC)2 and d(TTATTAAATATATTTAATAA)2. Optical Kerr Effect Spectroscopy time-domain measurements of two oligomers d(CGAAAAATGTGAT) and d(CTAGATCACATTTTTCG) and a nucleotide cytidine monophosphate. The Fourier transforms of the time-domain measurements are included as well as the fitting parameters of the frequency-domain spectra. The purpose of the measurements was to investigate the low-frequency vibrations of nucleic acids.
