Data was collected in two stages so there are two different forms. PIS states that data will be stored "for ten years and may be reused in the future, with anonymised data sets being made available to all through a public repository." But in consent form it says that "authenticated researchers will have access to this data only if they agree to preserve the confidentiality of the information" so this will likely be restricted access. Information in data deposit form contradictive (Section 3 says no controlled access but in Section 4 says access only for bona fine researchers) and author says that "The data can be made available to anyone in line with the PIS" . Sent ethics paperwork to MSM to check. Ticked 'Data request' button. 2026-08-24 AA MSM agreed and advised that as consent form says it'll only be shared with authenticated researchers we need to go with the more restrictive interpretation. Asked researcher to check and confirm if user agreement in appendix 1 for controlled access is suitable for their needs. Ethics paperwork saved to record and SSD Temp. 2026-08-26 Email from author on the 25th confirmed user agreement in appendix 1 meets the requirements. Read me file uploaded and data saved on Arkivum. Asked author to confirm when record to be made live and DOI minted. 2026-09-07 AA Link added to Thesis record as now live. Record made live and DOI coined as per DF.
