This study was conducted to evaluate an awareness raising campaign aimed at promoting positive sexual health behaviours in men who have sex with men in the West of Scotland and to undertake an in-depth exploration of psychosocial factors that might influence such behaviours, using a survey in commercial gay venues in Glasgow.  This study was a collaboration between MRC and Glasgow Caledonian University (study lead – Prof Paul Flowers), funded by NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde, NHS Lanarkshire and NHS Ayrshire & Arran.
