2026-07-30 GA Author has sent data deposit form & readme file.  Author also tried to send files by transfer but says shes had problems. Have saved data deposit form. Ethics approval/data to be controlled. Readme/consent form/PIS can be openly shared with a CC-BY licence.  Can be made live immediately.  Tried to download Readme file to Z drive but word document unreadable. Have asked author to send separate copy  of readme/consent form /PIS for checking. Have sent instructions to send files by transfer. One of the files transferred is a data deposit form with a different title so have asked author to send that data deposit form/readme etc in a completely new different email

2026-08-05 Author has sent consent form and PIS passed to MMD to check all okay.  Also send read me file as text file. Still to be uploaded and saved to Zdrive.  MMD advised to check with author that the user licence in the T&C's is appropriate for this project.  Once the author has confirmed we can make a note on the record that we can use the standard user licence.

2026-08-06 GA Author has confirmed that the user licence in appendix 1 of the T&C’s is appropriate for this project, can use the standard licence for access to controlled data. Have saved readme/consent form/PIS to Z drive. Have saved ethics form as 2347a.  Have uploaded readme/consent form/PIS to record. Waiting for data to be sent by transfer

2026-08-14 LTW Author asks when DOI will be active. Emailed author that we're waiting for the data transfer.

2026-09-07 AA Data provided by researcher. Uploaded to Arkivum and made record user request. DOI coined and made record live.
