2026-06-25 GA Author has sent data deposit form, set of files (3 datasets), participant info (*2) and consent forms (*1), and read me file. Have saved data deposit form. Have saved files to Z drive. Have sent participant info (*2) and consent forms to Mary/Matt to check.  Author has selected that  All data/forms can be made accessible with CC-BY licence but Mary has advised that 'The  PIS files include language that mean this will need to be a controlled access deposit'  Author will let us know after acceptance date that record can be made live. Author has not completed ethics section of the data deposit form. Have asked author to confirm if ethical approval was required. When author replies will need to confirm that the data deposited are pseudonymised with location data removed & author will need to ask the approving ethics committee to confirm how long we can hold data gained from minors.

Information on DMP inconsistent re. data access: author ticked 'No' for controlled access in Section 3 but filled out section 4. Emailed author that wording in the PIS means this will need to be a controlled access deposit, to confirm that data are pseudonymised with location data removed, and to check with ethics committee about retention for data from minor participants.

2026-08-14 LTW Email from MVLS Ethics that sharing is fine from ethics point of view. Saved email as 2317b. MMD advised that we can provide author with DOI. Emailed author the DOI and asked to let us know when to make record live. Checking with MSM if data can be moved to Arkivum and uploaded to record. Do not make live until author advises us to do so.

2026-08-17 AA Data uploaded to record. Still to be ingested into Arkivum but waiting until data record live in case any last minute changes.

2026-08-28 LTW MSM advised that this record is good to when author advises. Checking with author if they want this record to go live.

2026-08-28 LTW Author advised to NOT make this record live yet. The associated paper has not been submitted yet. Not yet moved to Arkivum as there might be changes following peer-review.

2026-09-18 LTW Author is asking which data and information we have for this deposit and a few additional questions about DAS and declaration for PLoS and medRxiv. Sent author screenshots of current data and said that record is okay to be made public & live from our side but we need confirmation that dataset is final before archiving. Added record to sensitive data spreadsheet for MSM/MMD to check the DAS and medRxiv questions.

2026-09-22 AA MMD replied with no further comments about DAS and medRxiv declarations. Author sent final data files so replaced on record. Data files zipped and uploaded to record. Zip folder in Arkivum includes documentation PDFs. Record made live and DOI coined.
