2026-06-18 GA Author has sent data deposit form & files by transfer. Have saved it.  Can be made live immediately. All data can be accessible with CC-BY. Ethics is ticked so have asked author to send consent form/PIS to check.  Have saved data/readme to Z drive

Author has sent ethics/consent/PIS forms. She has let me know that these have all been zipped into the files that were sent by transfer. Have sent forms to Mary/Matt to check

2026-06-19 LTW MSM advised to get author to confirm if model user agreement meets ethics requirement; if not then to contact legal for a bespoke agreement. Moved data to Arkivum and clicked Data request button as advised.

2026-06-22 MSM Author says she sent the wrong consent forms and that the correct ones indicate data sharing is fine - but document "PHAWM_UC3_WS3_Abstract_consentdisclaimer" says that participants will be required to sign consent forms in order to participate. Requested consent form, saved other paperwork to Z.

2026-06-26 LTW MSM advised that data can be shared and to replace previously saved ethics paperwork with latest version. Deleted PIS/consent form in the zipped ethics folder. Added updated form that author sent on 22/6/2026 to Z folder (not permitted to add to zipped ethics folder). Unticked data request button. Uploaded data, readme, consent form and sample question to record with CC-BY. Checking with MSM. Sent holding email to author.

2026-06-30 AA Checked record and all okay to go live. DOI coined.
