<suggestions xmlns="http://eprints.org/ep2/data/2.0">2026-06-18 GA Author has sent data deposit form. Have saved it. No ethics/controlled/embargoed data. 25GB. No date for going live. All data can be made accessible with CC-BY. Author has asked - I want to submit the code corresponding to this work as well (which amounts to 800 kB). So does this repository got a provision for putting codes as well ? In other words what's the protocol for making the code available along with the data, is it this same repo ? Checking with Matt.

Matt has replied - it would be better to put the code in a dedicated code repository like GitHub and then issue it with a DOI in Zenodo. The University has a GitHub: https://www.gla.ac.uk/myglasgow/it/softwareandonlinetools/github/#referencingandcitinggithubcontent%0A or the researcher can use the public one and follow these instructions to produce a DOI for the code: https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/archiving-a-github-repository/referencing-and-citing-content#issuing-a-persistent-identifier-for-your-repository-with-zenodo. If they let us know the DOI for the code once it's issued we can link it to the dataset as a related resource.

Have let author know, given DOI & instructions to send files

2026-06-19 LTW Author (Areeba Fatima, not named on deposit form) sent data transfer link and DOI for code. Saved data to Z drive, moved to WinSCP, not yet uploaded to Arkivum. Linked code. Uploaded readme to record. Two names for corresponding author on deposit form. Data 15GB, too large to upload to record. Needs to be data request, informed author and asked which email for correspondent author. - Author confirmed that Daniele Faccio should be corresponding author. Saved email as 2314a, changed record accordingly. Author asked what data request means. - Checking with MSM if there are other access options as Nature Communications may not accept 'data request' deposit?

2026-06-22 MSM Checking if request data button is acceptable to authors. Otherwise will look at options inc. Peta. Left data in Z/S3 for now til we hear from the author. Author will also confirm release date.

2026-06-23 MSM Request data button is fine. Moved to Arkivum, checking release date.

2026-06-25 GA Author has confirmed ok to make record live, have done so, coined DOI & let author know</suggestions>
