2026-06-18 GA Author has sent data deposit form & files by transfer. Have saved data deposit form. All data can be accessed & CC-BY for all. No ethics approval. Can be made live immediately. Have saved files to Z drive, WinScp & Arkivum. Have uploaded files to enlighten record. File named 2312_02_VCF_and_Plink_Files.zip will not load to record as too large. Have tried separating file & zipping but is still too large. Have asked Matt what to do as all other files loaded. Matt has advised to make the whole dataset request only. Have deleted all the files & ticked request data button. Have made record live, coined DOI & notified author 2026-06-22 MSM Author indicated journal would rather have data available on record where possible. Added files to record except larger ones. If user requests data they can be given the full set. 2026-06-25 MSM Journal requires all data to be available by link, not request. Author is going to split the 02 folder into parts. When it arrives, please deposit it to Enlighten and Arkivum. 2026-06-26 LTW Author sent transfer link for split up 02 folder data. Not yet downloaded and deposited (ran out of time). Sent holding email to author.
