Findings will be shared as research articles and book chapters." Readme file NOT suitable for sharing. Consent form and PIS okay with CC-BY. Size about 3MB. Asked author to fill in form for additional information for restricted access data. - Author sent additional form, saved as 2240d. Forwarded ethics to MSM to check.

2026-04-20 LTW Data to follow. MSM confirmed that we can deposit the data with a 10-year retention period but it need to be a CLOSED DEPOSIT as there's no provision for sharing in the ethics paperwork. Emailed author.

2026-05-01 LTW Emailed author that we have received the files. On data deposit form author states that readme can't be shared but consent form and PIS are sharable with CC-BY. Emailed author to ask when to make record public and to confirm if PIS and consent can be shared.

Shareable file 2: ReadMe file. Non-sharable file: A Zip file containing interview transcripts and filled consent forms of participants (that I sent as restricted access) is not sharable." Saved email as 2240e_additional_data_sharing_information  Checking with MSM about filled consent forms. - Advised author that we can't take filled consent forms and to seek advice from local ethics committee. Checking with MSM about deleting files that were downloaded and archived yesterday. - pencilled in team reminder to delete filled consent forms next week.

2026-05-05 AA Files deleted as requested and researcher provided updated restricted folder. Uploaded directly to Arkivum. Checking when public record should go live.

2026-05-06 JB Email from author "I would like to confirm that my thesis is awarded. But according to my  ethics application, raw transcripts have restricted access. They cannot be made public for open access".  Relied that the files are not uploaded to record and asked when record can can be made live.

2026-05-07 GA Author has now asked is consent form and PIS (unfilled) can now be loaded to record & be accessable. Have checked with Mary, this is ok & have loaded forms to enlighten record. Checking with the author that this is ok & what date does he want the record to go live
