There is clear consent in the consent form for both storage and reuse, with a requirement for the users to be authenticated researchers. The 'reasonable request' bit is a red herring - the reasonable request could be made using the 'request data' button in Enlighten. Our standard T&Cs for controlled access data should cover this one. MSM agreed that controlled/restricted form to be sent for completion, advised on transferring data.
