Researcher wants the data to be closed with no access but the readme/consent form/information sheets can be shareable with a CC-BY licence. Have asked researcher to complete the Additional information for restricted access data form. Have sent consent forms/information sheets (5 in total) to Mary/Matt to check. They have agreed that info is not consistent so I have contacted the ethics committee to ask if The approving ethics committee would need to give us permission to ingest the files into Enlighten Or The research team (probably the supervisor) would need to take on responsibility for appropriate retention of the files for the next 10 years. 2026-04-10 LTW Author sent form for restricted access, saved as 2233a.
