Have saved data deposit form, consent forms (3 experiments) & participant information sheets (3 experiments). Have sent consent forms & participant information sheets to Mary to check. Have asked author to resend data files & readme file by transfer. Can be made public asap, No controlled/restricted data & CC-BY acceptable for Readme/Consent form/participant information sheets & all data.

2026-02-06 LTW MMD advised that we require confirmation from author that data have been anonymised before proceeding. Emailed author to confirm. - Author confirmed that data "only have participant numbers in them, no names". Saved email as 2161_a. This could potentially mean that data are only pseudonymous rather than anonymous? Checking with MSM if we need to further clarify that these are truly anonymous data or if this is sufficient information to go ahead. Data saved to Z drive but not sure about sharing status so left blank; not yet uploaded to record or moved to Arkivum. - Asked author to confirm that they haven't maintained a linking document to ensure data are truly anonymous. - Author replied that "there is no file linking the participant numbers to the participant names. I could maybe identify them by looking at date and time they have filled in the consent form and timings in the log files for each participant. But that data is not included in the upload, I have only included the means for each participant, no timings are included in the data and the signed consent forms are not accessible by anyone but me. The consent forms were never saved together with the questionnaire answers or log files." Saved email as 2161_b, checking with MSM/MMD if this is sufficient to make data open.

2026-02-19 GA MMD has confirmed that data can be made open, the author confirmed the data are anonymous and I have saved this email thread to the data deposit forms folder as 2161a. Have updated status to shareable. Have winzpd files & ingested to Arkivum. Have uploaded files to record. Have made lice & notified the author
