Email received from Ben Young.  Data has been sent via file transfer, advised author we cannot deposit until we see the PIS and consent form. Author has replied that there is no consent and PIS form.  Checked with MM, we will need to see a copy of the ethics approval form - requested. Data to be uploaded.

2026-01-08 GA Author has sent email of confirmation from the approving ethics committee that we are permitted to share anonymised data. Have saved this email alongside the data deposit form. Have downloaded data to Z drive. No readme file attached. Have asked author for readme file. Have not yet moved to Arkivum, waiting for Readme

2026-01-09 LTW Author sent readme file. Have added readme file to Z drive. Also uploaded readme to record but not applied CC-BY because data deposit form states 'N/A' for readme. Filled in 'Ingest Data' but have not selected status as information unclear. Not uploaded to Arkivum yet. Need to check about ethics and licence. - Emailed author to confirm CC-BY for readme.

2026-01-16 LTW Author emailed that DOI isn't working and the data don't show on record. Checked with MSM, coined DOI again, checked Enlighten record. Checking with ME why the uploaded data are not showing up on record. Sent holding email to author. - ME replied that the indexer had stalled; he's restarted the indexed and minted the DOI. Added retention date.
