Language used for data and documentation: English and scientific names of species in Latin This data set was collected in 2024, in which eight gardens and seven allotment sites were sampled once a month from June to September. Sampling sites at allotments were further split into individual plots, where permission from plot owners had been gained to conduct sampling. Monthly surveys of flower visitors to all plants within sites were conducted for 30 minutes, producing a plant-flower visitor data set. Alongside this, environmental variables at the site were collected including floral abundance, floral richness, plant origin, site size, land use diversity and surrounding green space around a site.
