Data to accompany journal article published in MDPI Drones. The data included in this record is from a trial of the YellowScan Navigator, UAV topo-bathymetric LiDAR unit (pre-production demonstration prototype instrument) over a reach of the River Feshie, Scotland. The datasets include processed topo-bathymetric point cloud (.las format), interpolated Digital Terrain Model (.tif), Tier 2 geomorphic unit classification (.shp polygons) and ground truth data from RTK-GNSS and ADCP (.shp points).
