2025-10-24 LTW Saved data deposit form. Data will be supplied next week, appr. 53GB. Data are associated with article under review in Scientific Reports as well as thesis ("Characterising the transcriptional, spatial and behavioural consequences of TLR7-driven neuroinflammation").  Some part of the deposit form missing (language, copyright, corresponding author). Emailed author the DOI and asked for missing information. 

2025-10-27 AA Additional deposit info provided. Checking with author as data files shared only total 10GB so asked to confirm if the data is final. Also advised that we wouldn't be able to share the data with reviewers only as once record is live, it is available to everyone. Advised they may need to use OneDrive in first instance, then provide final data to us.

2025-11-03 AA Author confirmed data is final and was able to reduce file size via compression. Uploaded to Arkivum and made record request data. Author also wants data to be made public now so it can be accessible for review. DOI coined and moved into live system.
