2025-09-12 LTW Saved data deposit form. Section 3 of deposit form section about licence seems incomplete. Author sent file transfer but no readme file. Moved data in folder on Z drive. Emailed author the DOI and asked to provide readme file and clarify licence restrictions.

2025-09-15 AA Readme file received. Uploaded files to record and Arkivum. DF states data can be openly available and no license preferred so made CC-BY and let author know. Asked author to confirm date record can be made public.

2025-09-15 AA Author confirmed record to be made live when paper gets published. Asked them to get back in touch once published so we can then activate the DOI.
