2025-04-29 MMD Researcher has confirmed that they intended open data, but did not word the consent form clearly, so will need to abide by restricted access to authenticated researchers on completion of a user licence. Have advised researcher to speak with contracts team to draft end user agreement.

2025-05-13 MMD Contracts team have provided appropriate deposit T&C and end user agreement. Checked data files in SSD storage. Extracted consent and PIS files for upload to record. Transferred all to Arkivum. Deposit agreement and end user licence also added to SSD and Arkivum.
