This includes four businesses and one social enterprise. The case studies were selected, due to their self-identification as being purpose informed organisations. The interviews were undertaken with participants employed in various roles and positions, ranging from warehouse workers to CEO’ s and business owners. The interviews were all undertaken online via the video application Microsoft Teams.
