2025-10-17 LTW Author asked if they have transferred the data, cc'd AA to use his individual email. AA replied to author. - Author emailed that data won't be ready before next week. Sent my email as AA on leave.

2025-10-20 LTW Author shared data via OneDrive and sent slightly changed title and description. Updated the title and description in the record. Downloaded data in folder on Z drive. Not uploaded to Arkivum yet because of VM issues Checking with MMD. - Uploaded readme file and data, will move data tomorrow in the office. Checking with author if record can go live (because article in Nature Communications is accepted but not published.

2025-10-21 MMD Moved data files to record. Issue with moving to Arkivum -  have diarised to do this once access issues are resolved. Made record public and provided URL to author. Have not coined DOI until author confirms that files are final.

2025-10-22 MMD Moved data files to Arkivum.

2025-10-31 LTW Saved the email requesting the name change for data deposit (from 20 Oct) as 1879a.

2025-11-13 LTW Author notified us that article is now fully accepted. Not published yet. Forwarded acceptance email to ROA mailbox.
