This dataset contains the mzML files produced from liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) measurements of 4 beer samples. Files with ID 1-12 are sequential acquisitions of a single type of beer sample. Files with ID 13-16 are sequential acquisitions of four different beer types, in round-robin order (1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4...).

All .mzMLs were run in fullscan (MS1-only) mode. They were used as a base to create simulated experiments in ViMMS. These simulated experiments were used to test the performance of an novel acquisition methods based on maximum bipartite matching. These data can be used as input to ViMMS to reproduce the simulation studies in question.
