2025-01-17 LTW Author sent deposit form, article about to be submitted, requires DOI. Author asks how to transfer data, estimated size 24MB. Saved deposit form, emailed author DOI and explained transfer options.

2025-01-21 MMD Data received by file transfer.  Moved to Arkivum. Deposit form indicates 'no' to both open data and restricted / controlled data. Have asked author to clarify and also asked author to let us know when dataset record can be made public. NB files have been uploaded to record but check author reply about sharing before updating file level metadata.

2025-01-21 MMD Author has indicated that data can be open with CC-BY licence. No restrictions needed. Author has asked if data record can be kept in review for 6 months in the first instance (associated article has just been submitted). I've added a diary reminder for 16th June 2025 to contact him to check if it can be made public yet. If he contacts us before then, please delete the diary reminder!
