2021-11-23 ME further data has been added to the dataset.  The files are all in owncloud 1164.  the data can be release now on 2021-11-29 at 4pm.  I have added a note to diaries.  

The data will be available on request as its >5GB and the link will be added to the request data document.

2021-11-23 ME I have re-arranged this dataset so that the source files and the spreadsheets can be downloaded directly from the repository.  the RHIL files (4GB approx) will need to be requested.

RHIT_Files.zip folder is in owncloud and the request data link is in the request data doc.

the re-arranged data is stored in J/temp datasets folder in #1164/re-arranged.

2021-11-29 ME uploaded the files to be directly downloaded and marked as 'repository staff only'.  This can be removed and changed to 'anyone' at 4pm and 'request data' for RHIL files link added.
