1) This folder contains data from experimental measurements, as well as gel images.
2) The data in this folder were acquired as follows:
-ELISA data were acquired using the Megallan v6.4 software, measuring absorbance at 450nm with wavelength corrections at 570nm
-Processing of ELISA data, as well as some other experimental data was done in Prism and saved as GraphPad Prism 8 XML files 
-Flow cytometry data was acquired using the flow cytometers at the GBRC level 4 flow cytometry facility
-Processing of flow cytometry data was done in FlowJo and saved as FlowJo workspaces
-Gel images were acquired following western blotting (as per the manufacturer's instructions). A digital camera was also used in some cases to take pictures of the gel.
3) Software required to open data files are as follows:
For ELISA - Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Prism
For other processed experimental data - Prism
For flow cytometry (FCS files and FlowJo workspaces) - FlowJo
Gel images are stored as .tif/.tiff files which can be opened using Windows Photo Viewer or any other graphics program.
4) The file naming convention is as follows:
