This digitised version of Select Parts of the Bible was produced by the University of Glasgow Library and Special Collections to allow open access to this rare edition. 

The Beniba Centre for Slavery Studies at Glasgow is developing a research project focused on the use and dissemination of the Bible among the enslaved population of the Caribbean, in order to produce an annotated edition, in collaboration with colleagues at the University of the West Indies.
