Data for paper "Photon counting LIDAR at 2.3µm wavelength with superconducting nanowires" - Optics Express Vol. 27, Issue 26, pp. 38147-38158 (2019) Contents: The main folder contains the following subfolders: "DeviceCharacterisation": The data pertaining to the characterisation of the SNSPD at 2.3um wavelength. Includes a config.txt with the config of the measurement setup, the count rate vs bias for no laser input and the count rate vs bias for an attenuated laser input. Also includes the plots as reference. "IRF": Contains the data for the instrument response function (IRF) of the LIDAR setup reflected from a metallic surface. "LIDARScan": Contains the raw image data for the LIDAR depth image presented. Each pixel has it's own .txt file containing the histogram data for that pixel. Also included is the image.pdf as reference. "TwoTargetSeparation": The data for the experiment where two surfaces were co-illuminated to work out limitations of the system. See paper.
