The file molevol_scripts.sh contains scripts (UNIX, R, and Python) that were used in Schneider et al. 2019 (BMC Genomics).

The compressed file OG_alignments.zip contains 2,702 orthogroup alignment files in FASTA format that were used in Schneider et al. 2019 (BMC Genomics).
