Description of Raw Data Files

File Name: Raw Data 1
Description: Raw data text files containing polarisation data (LSVs, CVs and chronoamperometry) of nanocrystalline 1T’-MoTe2 in 1 M H2SO4. Txt files were exported from the potentiostat software and are presented before converting to current density and to the normal hydrogen electrode (NHE). The potentials collected here are recorded vs. Ag/AgCl, but are reported as vs. NHE in the main text. The current is also converted to current density (geometrical surface area of glassy carbon electrode = 0.071 cm2) in the main text.

Description: Raw xy files of the Powder X-ray diffraction data collected of nanocrystalline 1T’-MoTe2 directly on the glassy carbon electrode before and after 1000 cycles.

Description: Raw txt files of Raman data for nanocrystalline 1T’-MoTe2 before and after 1000 cycles in 1 M H2SO4. Data was collected directly on the surface of a glassy carbon working electrode.
